1. Program description

This messaging program sends missed-call replies, booking confirmations, reminders, review requests, and support messages to people who have booked with ScaleYourHvac or with a business we serve, and who have explicitly opted in to receive SMS. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated SMS-consent checkbox, or by texting or calling a number we provide.

2. Cancellation instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to the number that messaged you. We will send one confirmation, after which you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, opt in again as you did initially.

3. Support information

For help, reply "HELP" to any message, or contact us at hello@scaleyourhvac.com during business hours (Mon–Sat · 7am–7pm).

4. Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message & data rates

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to and from you. Message frequency varies based on your activity. For questions about your plan, contact your wireless provider.

6. Supported carriers

Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon, and most regional carriers.

7. Age restriction

You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.

8. Privacy

For privacy-related inquiries, see our Privacy Policy. We comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines.

ScaleYourHvac provides done-for-you websites, hosting and maintenance, local SEO, paid advertising, a simple CRM, missed-call text-back, and review automation, depending on the plan you select.

• Plans are billed monthly, in advance, with no long-term contract unless agreed in writing.
• There is no setup fee on the Starter plan; fees and inclusions are those stated at sign-up.
• On paid-advertising plans, ad spend is paid by you directly or billed in addition to the plan fee.
• You may cancel at any time; see "Cancellation & Termination" below.

We design, build, host, and maintain your website for you while you are an active customer. Your business name, brand, logo, photos, and the content you provide remain yours. If you cancel, we will hand over your domain and your content so you are never held hostage. The underlying platform, templates, code frameworks, and tools we use to build and operate sites remain the property of ScaleYourHvac and our licensors.

Our limited license to you

Materials on this Site are the property of ScaleYourHvac and/or our affiliates or licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. The Site is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, sell, or distribute material from the Site without our authorization, except that you may download or print one copy of individual pages for personal, non-commercial use, keeping all proprietary notices intact.

Your license to us

By submitting any material to us (such as photos, reviews, or content for your site), you represent that you own it or have permission to use it, and you grant us a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and display that material as needed to build, operate, and market your website and our services.

Our plans are month-to-month and you may cancel at any time with no cancellation fee. Your site stays live through the end of the billing period you have paid for, after which service ends and we hand over your domain and content. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful or abusive conduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which ScaleYourHvac operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in that jurisdiction.
